Who is Annette Knopp

Annette Knopp is a seasoned guide with 30 years of exploration in the realm of consciousness. She mentors clients worldwide in their journeys of awakening and transformation. Annette's deep love for Spirit and connection to nature nurtured her interest in Eastern wisdom traditions, Yoga, and Thai Chi, leading to her extensive background in Sri Ramana Maharshi's teachings, Indo-Tibetan meditation, and Shamanic energy medicine.
Annette is a certified DARe-practitioner, mesa carrier in a nature priests lineage of the Peruvian Andes, Yoga teacher, and ordained Wisdom Keeper in the Order of Universal Interfaith. She's grateful for the teachings of Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, Tsoknyi Rinpoche, and Elizabeth Jenkins' Global Paqo School, as well as the embodied wisdom of her somatic trainers Diane Poole Heller, PhD, and Patti Elledge, SEP.
Originally from Germany, Annette now divides her life and work between North and Central America, and co-founded the Blue Spirit retreat center in Nosara, Costa Rica, with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys excursions in nature with her horse and dog.
