Rising Woman, a community of over 3 million women, began as Sheleana Aiyana’s own healing journey. Her experience of overcoming childhood trauma, growing up in foster homes, learning from and growing past painful relationships inspired her to help awaken to their spiritual potential: Becoming The One, also the title of her book.

Sheleana's devotion to personal growth and spiritual development led her to explore various healing modalities. As a teacher and mentor, Sheleana offers workshop and courses that focus on self-awareness, attachment styles, self-love, and healing. Her work is inspired by her own journey of healing and transformation, as well as the ancient wisdom traditions, somatic work, Jungian psychology, shamanism and teachings of various spiritual lineages.
Her authentic and relatable voice shines a light on how our childhood trauma shapes our attachment style in adult relationships and has inspired many women to heal their relationship patterns, and step into their power.
Sheleana's mission is to create a safe and supportive space for women to connect with their inner wisdom, cultivate self-love, and awaken to their spiritual potential. She believes that when women rise, they have the power to transform themselves, their communities, and the world.
